
Pan Fried Chicken Breasts
Ingredients (8)
- chicken breast filet, seasoned with salt, garlic, and pepper
- salt
- garlic
- pepper
- avocado oil
- tortillas, heated
- guacamole
- tzatziki sauce
Instructions (6 steps)

Season chicken breast filets with salt, garlic, and pepper.

Heat a stainless steel pan.

Add avocado oil to the pan.

Cook the chicken breast until done; about 4 minutes each side for a thick breast, less for thinner ones.

Heat up some tortillas.

Eat the chicken with guacamole and tzatziki sauce.
