Overview
Mealsio, operated by JW Labs LLC ("Mealsio," "we," "us"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning material posted by creators on the Service. This policy describes how to submit a takedown notice, how to submit a counter-notice, and our policy toward repeat infringers.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe material on Mealsio infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice (a "DMCA Notice") to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below. To be effective, your DMCA Notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Mealsio may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days following receipt, unless the original complainant first notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Mealsio will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
