Mealsio is a platform that lets recipe creators share their recipes and meal plans with subscribers. Creators set a single monthly subscription price, and subscribers get access to all of that creator's premium content.

Sign up for a free account, then head to your Recipe Library to start adding recipes. You can create recipes manually by entering a title, description, ingredients, and steps. You can also paste recipe text and let our AI parser extract the details for you.

Meal plans are flexible groupings of your recipes. Go to Meal Plans, click "New Meal Plan," give it a name, and select which recipes to include. You can reorder recipes within a meal plan and add or remove them at any time. Subscribers can view the full meal plan and generate a combined grocery list.

Paywalling lets you restrict access to your meal plans so only paying subscribers can view the full recipes and grocery lists. You can paywall individual meal plans using the lock icon on each card. Non-subscribers will see the meal plan title and description but not the recipe details.

Go to Payments in your settings, connect your Stripe account, then set your monthly subscription price. This is the single price subscribers pay to access all of your premium content. You can update your price at any time. Mealsio retains an 8% platform fee from each payment. The remaining 92% is paid out to you via Stripe. Stripe payment processing fees also apply and are billed to your connected account — see Stripe's pricing for details.

From your Meal Plans page, click "Share page" to get your public creator link. Share this link on social media, in your newsletter, or wherever your audience is. Anyone with the link can view your public profile, see your meal plans, and subscribe.

When you visit a creator's page and want access to their premium meal plans, click the subscribe button. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout where you enter your payment details. Once subscribed, you get instant access to all of that creator's paywalled content. Your subscription renews monthly.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your My Subscriptions page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Creators receive payments directly to their bank account through Stripe. When a subscriber pays, the funds go to the creator's connected Stripe account after a small platform fee. Stripe handles all payment processing, payouts, and tax reporting.

The AI recipe parser lets you paste unformatted recipe text and automatically extracts the title, description, ingredients, and steps. It saves time compared to entering everything manually. You can find it by clicking "Add Recipe" and selecting "Paste & Parse (AI)."

Creating an account and adding recipes is completely free. Creators only pay when they start accepting subscriptions (a small platform fee on each transaction). Subscribers only pay the monthly price set by the creator they subscribe to.
