Mealsio is a platform that lets recipe creators share their recipes and meal plans with subscribers. Creators set a single monthly subscription price, and subscribers get access to all of that creator's premium content.

Follow the Creator Setup Guide to create your profile, add recipes, build a meal plan, and publish your page. New creator pages begin as drafts, so you can finish your content before choosing who can see it.

Meal plans are flexible groupings of your recipes. Go to Meal Plans, click "New Meal Plan," give it a name, and select which recipes to include. You can reorder recipes within a meal plan and add or remove them at any time. Visitors can view the meal plan and generate a combined grocery list when its access settings allow it.

Yes. A free Creator account includes recipe publishing and up to five meal plans. Mealsio Pro is an optional monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited meal plans. Creators who sell subscriptions also pay Mealsio's 8% application fee plus Stripe processing fees.

Use the visibility card on your dashboard to choose how the page is shared. Draft is owner-only, password requires a page password, unlisted works for anyone with the link without appearing in Mealsio's sitemap, and public can be listed and indexed. Then copy your creator link and share it with your audience.

Paywalling a meal plan restricts its recipe contents and grocery list to paying subscribers. On a public page, the meal plan title and recipe names remain visible and may be indexed, including when the plan is paywalled. Page password protection is separate: it restricts the entire creator page, including titles and recipe names, to people with the password.

Go to Payments, connect your Stripe account, and set one monthly price for all your premium content. Mealsio collects an 8% application fee, and Stripe separately deducts its processing fees from your connected account. A new price applies to new subscribers; existing subscribers remain on the price they originally accepted unless their subscription ends and they subscribe again.

Subscriber payments are direct charges to the Creator's connected Stripe account. Mealsio collects an 8% application fee, Stripe deducts its processing fees, and Stripe pays the remaining balance according to the account's payout schedule. Stripe may provide applicable reports or tax forms, but Creators remain responsible for their tax obligations.

The dispute is handled through the Creator's connected Stripe account. Stripe may debit the disputed amount and applicable dispute fees from that account. Creators can review and respond to disputes in Stripe and should keep accurate subscription and customer-service records.

When you visit a creator's page and want access to their premium meal plans, click the subscribe button. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout where you enter your payment details. Once subscribed, you get instant access to all of that creator's paywalled content. Your subscription renews monthly.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your My Subscriptions page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Cancellation stops future renewals but is not itself a refund. If you experienced a duplicate or erroneous charge, a material technical-access failure, or a Creator ending substantially all paid access shortly after a charge, contact support@mealsio.com within seven days. Mealsio coordinates approved refunds with Stripe and the Creator. See the Refund Policy for the complete terms.

Mealsio Pro is an optional monthly Creator subscription that unlocks unlimited meal plans. Its current price is shown at checkout. It renews monthly until canceled and can be managed through the Stripe billing portal from the Pro page.

Paste & Parse sends recipe text you choose to submit to OpenAI and returns an editable draft of the title, description, ingredients, and steps. Only submit text you created or have permission to use. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so review it carefully before publishing.
